Great looking pens, and a good idea making it a click, since I spend a lot of time in Doctors offices and hospitals, I've noticed that it really would be a hassle for them to use a twist pen on the floor, a capped pen would be even worse, they might be nice for their desk but for a user, definitely a click, I agree with CAV let the Doctor decide they are both beautiful.
