I finally got around to taking pictures of my Double-Dyed Maple Burl. Fun colors and interesting combinations. As always, any Burl has inclusions and defects, so turn with care and fill voids as needed.
I also included 6 double dyed Curly maple... Disclaimer: I was just experimenting with these and I haven't turned one yet...so not sure how they will turn out, but I thought I would post them anyway!
They are labelled 1-24 and are approximately 5/8 to 3/4 inch square by 5 inches. ( Number 19-24 are the curly maple)
I can send up to 15 blanks in a SFRB for $7.50 . You can buy just one of two or a whole bunch-- they will be worth the price!!
