Dave. Have you look at the Roly LaserMatic yet? I have had very little problems with my two and when I have the customer support is right to help either by email or Facebook etc.

I have been only considering the Longer Ray5 10W because they currently have a 27% discount deal going on with free shipping. This puts it within my price window at only $520. Including their air assist nozzle and pump, a honeycomb grid, and their rotary axis. The only thing I would have to construct is my own enclosure and I figure with some plywood, a Radon vent fan, and a piece of red or amber plexiglass I should be able to put together a pretty descent enclosure for around $100. I will take a look at the Roly though. - Thanks - Dave

I second the Roly. It is a great machine. If you decide on the longer ray, let me know and I'll send you an enclosure.

Thanks for the offer, but I will likely have to build a custom designed box in order to fit it in the space I have in mind for it. - Dave
