Does anybody remember this guy?

There used to be a guy on here that cut quarters on his scrollsaw and then made pen blanks with them. Anybody remember him and does he still turn pens?

I believe you're thinking of Seamus 7227. And, yes he is still turning - there was a pen of his on a couple of weeks back.

I think he has forgotten how to turn a pen but he does make killer quarter, nickel, penny, and Australian coin blanks. :biggrin::biggrin:

I'm not sure about that - a quarter will buy more after he's finished than it would before - but then it won't work in vending machines if they still take denominations as low as a quarter.
