There are 3 big slabs that I'm going to use and all 3 are figured. they are cottonwood. I know where there is a big old dead cottonwood that I'd sure like to get my hands on, I had to buy these!

I really like the second one. Very pretty, but doesn't over power the beauty of the pens. I have some really old cypress I may use to do something similar. I had plans to make my own design, but I like this one better.
