display case inserts

I am looking to build my own pen cases. Does anyone have any ideas where I could buy some inserts to hold the pens. I want to build the case around the inserts. Any thoughts????

Hi Chris,
can't help you with the purchase of pen inserts but how about using your router to make your own. Doable and I speak from personal experience. Food for thought.

Individual inserts used to be available at AS, they may still be somewhere on the site.
I had a custom order for a set with a "desk/presentation" box and needed to make my own.
I glued up foam(like mouse pads),cut and flocked it.
The foam will expand and then contract after it dries.
The waiting time is about 5 days but worth it .
