Disassembling the Manhattan click pen, if for some reason you want to turn the clip to a better position, or your want the refill nib to stick out a little more,or your not happy with the finish,or you need to make repairs to the blank. Here is how its done. lots of photos and a lot of time spent on this i hope it helps:wink:

Thanks Guys!! i also want to add/say if you don't have a Schmidt rollerball refill cap. You might have some plastic Garden Spray/Watering Tube laying around the shop this tube is heavy duty and works well, the photo will show what im talking about , Also with drilling the hole in the punch it is up to you, either way you can easily push out the click parts with out the hole,once you know how it will take less than a minute to disassemble the whole pen.let me know if your not sure on any part of this only happy to help.
