I just finished assembling several Alpha Team pens. On one however. the click mechanism is stuck in the down position and I can't get it to retract the pen tip. I have contacted the company that I purchased it from but so far have not heard back.
Has anyone been successful in repairing the transmission of the Alpha Team Pen?
