To start, I have had excellent service from Woodcraft at West Virginia and the Chattanooga, TN store. However, I'm disappointed that they bring out a pen kit that seems to generate interest and then discontinue it. One is the wrench kit which would appeal to anyone in a technical field as automotive service or any engineering discipline. The second is the 45 caliber bullet kit that appeals to anyone in the shooting sports. Just wish they would allow time for the demand to grow. Could be that low sales of a kit determines the status of keep or discontinue.

My guess it would be their pricing that limits the sales on their kits. They are not even top 10 of companies I look at for kits but I do shop there for other stuff.

In all likelihood they odered the minimum needed to get the special kit and they don't move very fast so they don't reorder and drop the line. Yes if they had sold out in a month or two they would have ordered more and kept selling them.

They have been doing this for a long time. They really are not a pen dealership so people do not go to them for their kits often and I bet that hurts their sales and they just drop them.
