Different kit for oil vial

Hi guys, I have made several oil vials (the kit from Craft Supplies USA) but I don't love the kit. Do any of you know of any of manufacturers that make oil vial kits?
I am trying to make some for some friends of mine leaving on LDS missions

I've been thinking about this for a while because I live in Utah. I haven't seen any kits I've liked. I believe you could create a "sheath" for the standard cheap vials from LDS distribution and glue both the vial and cap in. I haven't tried it because I don't have a collet chuck, and I think that'd be necessary for such a small project.

I use a couple of different styles of the secret compartment key chains or tooth pick holders. I have done them with bigger tubes and put a glass vial inside that you can just remove to access the oil and I have also done them without the glass vial and as long as the cap on the keychain has an O-ring it will not leak.
