Is there a difference in the material in the 2x2 micromesh pads called a plastic finishing kit and the 3x4 micromesh pad kit?

Just looking at them It looks like there is to me...at least on the ones from PSI

You can buy from them for about 1/2 of what the vendors charge but the shipping makes it not so good.

For what i know they are the same, just has different shape and backing more adapted for different usage. My brother in law bring tehm to me on a regular basis. He works in a plane maintenance plant and they use them to polish plane windshield. They use them only once and throw them away, he pick them up for me !!.

From their site, you can have all format in three different grade but the description is the same for pads and sheet in each grade.

Woodturningz has them on sale right now during their yearly big sale.
