What a great idea, Steve !!! . Well done !!

I think you described how you make the diamonds in another thread. . I'll have to try to remember which thread that was.

Excellent job Steve, truly! Until other turners have tried to do these, and until they have attempted to master the alignment issues, and until they have seen the tweaks that are necessary - others have no idea how difficult these buggers are. This is a fine job. I also love the colored veneers.

Steve I full agree with Mark on these darn diamonds, I have several in scrap box before getting one on a pen.

Good start in making diamon pen.

One of these days I will have to give this idea a try. Thanks for showing and I bet it is a bugger keeping things in line. That is the joy and agony of segmenting.
