This is a Devin click pen in chrome, from PSI. The blank is one I bought several years ago from Woodcraft, called Emerald Rubix. It's a stunning blank, but it was expensive. Sadly, they no longer have them listed. I wet sanded it with 220-600, used Micro Mesh, then polished it with Meguiar's 105, 205, and #10. Made a beautiful pen.
