Desert Ironwood Bangle over Copper

Here is one of my latest bangles, a Desert Ironwood with turquoise inlay over copper - size 8. I used some gemstone quality sleeping beauty turquoise beads and crushed them into a fine powder. This bangle has a new profile I have been trying which has some asymmetry. C&C welcome! Eric

Very lovely bangle! Like the asymmetrical look, makes it more edgy. It has attractive colors, very nice combo of the gorgeous wood and turquoise. Beautiful work!

Thanks everyone! I have been saving this piece of wood for about a year waiting for the right inspiration. The junction of heart and sapwood was what really attracted my eye. Up next is a piece of Mountain Mahogany crotch.
