Delta 1440 Pulley Replacement

Hey there! I have a Delta 1440 with a problem. The internal pulley has broken and cannot be repaired. I believe the part # is 5140061-87, but all of the parts are discontinued as this lathe is pretty old. It was given to me by a friend and I'd like to keep using it. Reaching out here to see if anyone would have any leads on parts or any suggestions. Thanks!

Yes sir. ereplacementparts.com shows it's discontinued and didn't find anything on ebay.

Is there an equivalent or close to it available like bearings

Maybe you can find a machine shop that could make the part that broke.

If there's enough of the pulley left to get some good measurements I can make you a new one, can you remove it and post a photo?
V-belt pulleys are pretty standard, measure it up and search some industrial supply stores or Amazon...

It looks like you have a Reeves drive, if so I can't make you one for $52.

Has anyone owned or used this Lathe? Good or bad info about it. I found one for a great price on CL. It's kinda a mid-size Lathe 14 swing 40 between centers, but you can do onboard and outboard turning with the Head stock that rotates Thanks.
