I'm in Canada, which may make the mailing cost out of your reach. I can purchase delrin rod in whatever lengths I prefer, no minimum req'd.

How much are you looking to get? In what sizes?

+1 on Grainger. I bought a 1' piece for a couple bucks. They didn't have it in stock at the store I went to, so you might call first to save a trip.
