When you make bushings out of delrin or any other material, how do you keep the edges from being rolled over? I keep having that problem. Thanks.

I use a straight edged scraper and haven't had a problem.

Sharp tools, light cuts. avoid heat buildup.
If the tool isn't sharp, you will have this problem more often than not.
Sharp means sharp enough to shave hair with or better.:biggrin:
