Delrin Pin Chuck

Just curious if anyone has tried making pin chucks for closed end pens out of delrin? Thoughts on whether you think it would be successful.

Why make a pin chuck. Turn it to within .010" and then sand it very carefully so it fits snugly(?) inside the tube. I do this with transfer punches and it works great. It doesn't take all that much pressure to keep it from spinning and you can use a little tape if you get it a little loose.
