I am looking for the universal Delrin bushing for finishing. Someone sent me a link for some but they are sold out. Anyone else have some for sale?

I'm also after a set but as edicehouse says, all sold out. If these become available please let me know. I'll be watching Johnny's website.

I can turn any size you need just let me know, I have a 6 foot long piece of Black 1/2" od delrin, I have Jet Metal precision lathe can turn to any size you need.

Just drop me a pm, I have most every size of metal bushings (for my own use & to make delrin bushings out same size) for dimensions if you are unsure of what to get or if you want custom size ones.

**I am not offering for sale so don't flag as advertisement, maybe trade for pen kits or pen blanks if requester feels compelled to offer.**

I am offering to help someone out not make a profit.

If you're planning on using these Derlin bushings with a mandrel, you might want to consider using long tapered bushings that fit multiple size tubes instead of specific sized bushings. Since you will only be applying finish and doing finishing sanding oin these blanks, the long tapered bushings work fine. I use a couple of old mandrels for this purpose and it works fine. This approach also allows you to stack multiple blanks on a mandrel for finishing. Just a thought...

I think that's what he's looking for, the cone bushings called Eliminator Bushings on johnnycnc's site. That's what's out of stock.

I have a set, and they're great.

Thanks Goatrider, you beat me to it.

Jeweler53, I'm going to see if I can pick up some Delrin today. If not, I'll give you a shout (pm). Thanks

Here is what you are shooting for;

You put them between your sanded blanks and the CA application is much easier. Some CA is also applied to the ends of the blanks which seals them.
