Deer hunting

Friday was to be the first time the son and grandson went hunting with me. Got up late and finally got around to going when son says, "there's at least a 6 pt on the pond dam. (60 yrds off the pack porch.) I know, no pics didnt happen but will try to load pics from my non android phone later.

Well, it ended up being an 8 pointer taken from the back porch. Easiest day of hunting in my life.

This was my first buck in 8 yrs. I'm not picky cause I've never found a recipe for antlers, except for pens.
