Check it out here. http://www.pencentral.com/ I'll be exhibiting and selling along with Ed Brown (ed4copies) and Eagle. Stop by and see us if you get to the show.

Make sure you take pictures for those of us that can't make it. Especially if you can get the front side of Eagle![}:)][:D] Good luck with the show and have fun!

I am looking forward to it!!!!!

FIrst, 5 days in the heat in central Indiana to "warm me up" for the REAL show!!!

See ya'all late Monday.

Wasn't there a commercial on TV years ago about a copier salesmen trying to sell copy machines to monks hand writing manuscripts?? Now we have Ed gong to sell them pens, bring some copier's with you [:D] You all have fun ! [:)]

Anthony,

Being from "fly-over country", I am not sure of my sources, but I'm told DC has yet to discover electric. DC's politicians are presently debating it's merits and are still anticipating a compromise measure "SOON".

So, no copiers.[}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)]

If you do not get warmed up in central Indiana you will get warmed up here, literally. No need to worry about electricity in DC since the DC Pen Show is held in Virginia [:)]

<br />OK! Where and when will all of the IAP folks meet on Saturday???
We gotta see each other, right?
How 'bout 1:00 at the cafe area??

Mike,

I've never done a "pen show", but at art & craft shows I REALLY HOPE to be insanely busy at 1:00 Saturday.

Now, 5:30, that's different.

FWIW

From 9-5 my wife and I will be behind the table. We have a sales goal. Like ED said after 5:00 would be great for a get together.

He DIDN'T!!

Bought it special to dress up for DC.

Boy, was this weekend fun!!!!!!!!!

Lou and Eagle brought back memories of "college banter". Three old guys just enjoying ourselves immeasurably!!!

Too bad most of us don't get to meet in person - you have no idea how pleasant a "bad boy" can be.

Lou wasn't feeling great all weekend and yet he was a JOY to be around. We hope to reassemble for the Chicago show, but I need to do a lot of legwork before we will talk much about that.

All I can say is I sold nearly nothing and had a PHENOMINALLY good time doing it!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Lou and Eagle!!!

(and Alan, Pat, Rich, Michael, Ken..............)

It was great visiting with old friends and making new ones. While not "wildly" profitable, I managed to walk away with a few nickels more than I started with. I'll be there next year, but why not? It's 30 minutes away! Also, Chicago is May 1-4 2008.
