I received the first 18 kits I had made as a test. I have 12 dagger style and 6 bowie style

Each kit consists of a blade, guard, collar, and threaded pommel all of twist pattern damasus steel

$38 plus $6 shipping additional kits free shipping (i.e. 1 for $44, 2 for $78, 3 for $120, etc.)

Not sure if I will do more after this we will have to see how it goes

I also have three kits of "raindrop" pattern steel, 2 dagger and 1 bowie. They were an experiment to see but given the blade size they don't look a whole lot different just a slight bit of raindrop pattern to the spine the blade looks about the same. Same price for those three

I can do PayPal, Venmo, cash, personal check, 90% pre 1964 silver coins, just drop me a note here and we can figure it out

I will take one of the dagger style. Could you send me a comparison photo between the twist and raindrop?

I probably should have posted this first, my bad in the excitement of seeing the kits which started with an idea and a pencil drawing come to life I missed it, but I want to make sure it gets said:

Although not new to knives we are new to the kit knife concept and turning handles. I expect over time with experience and feedback from our buyers we will improve, but if anyone who purchases a kit isn't happy with it for any reason, or no reason at all, and want's to return it they will get a full refund incuding any fee's for shipping it back to me. Basically a no questions asked return policy. I know the first round of kits might require a little effort but know that we stand behind them 100% and the worst you will be out is the time to mail it back. This is a whole new experience for me, thinking up a new concept and comissioning it, and I do not expect anyone to get financially inconvenienced by me if they aren't happy with it

Thank you

Please put me on the waiting list for the dagger style. Those are really cool. I'd do at least 2. May do 3-4. No rush at all on my end and thanks.

Received mine today and quite pleased with it. I feel like the value is there. Couple of notes for feedback from others or future reference:
- the guard seems a bit thick for the overall design. Could probably be reduced by 1/3
- the shoulders on the blade for the guard on mine are a bit uneven and will need touched up to sit square
- there is some minor pitting on the rib in the raindrops on one side
- the threaded pommel is very smooth and well fitting
- overall nice design on the dagger style

As stated, I am well pleased.

I don't turn - yet - but I took one of my bowie letter opener kits and added a stag handle just a quick little project to kill some time

still need to put a little stain on the handle where I sanded it

I received the second run of dagger bladed kits. Due to the hand made nature of them some have thicker guards and some thinner I can include either type at your preference. I also ordered a extra set of thinner guards made so I should have plenty

Same price $38 each and $6 for shipping no matter how many you buy just drop me a message here

Paul Haas sent me some photo's from a few the first batch of kits we did. One is Koa wood the other Walnut. He did a excellent job shaping the handle and put a beautiful finish on them. I really like how the wood offsets the Damascus
