Cutting up the Walnut

Cutting up the walnut! Thanks to church friends, we got about 2 ricks of wood for Teddy to burn, and I'm not sure, but I'm hoping for 30 bowl blanks. The last two pictures are of a 12-year-old, Parker, splitting wood for the first time with a maul. He was getting the hang of it!

I see a lot of nice vases, bowls, bottle stoppers, twig pots, pens, cutting boards, scoop handles, hummingbird house rooves in there.

Young man did well with that splitting maul!
