I make these up in batches: Larger rectangular, Large Round ( turned on the lathe with a juice groove), Small Cheese board, and a Handled board.

Great job. What kind of wood is that? What kind of finish do you use on them? Been thinking of making a butcher block cutting board for the wife. Want to make sure I do it right.

Jim

im assuming it is walnut and maple

Great job on the waves, my dad made some of those once

Thanks, to all!!
JCochran- CrabCreek got it- it's Maple and Walnut. I just oil with Mineral Oil. Look for it at the pharmacy, a mild laxative.
jaywood- I start with 5/4 material, and the finished product is between 7/8 and 1 inch thick. I get that a lot about not wanting to cut on 'em. One customer allowed me to make the first cut on it and then she was fine!!!!

Dave:

Positively gorgeous works of practice art. You must be a master on the band saw.

How in the word do you put the ultra-fine lines in?

Congrats

Roger

Opps. Meant "practical art". You don't need any practice !

BTW, I see you do millwork sales. You must have access to some great wood.
