I am using astrocut synthetic cutting fluid. It says on bucket to use 10% with water, now that's kinda a paraphrase of what it really says. It is unclear to me what this means. Is it 90% fluid add 10% water, or 90% water add 10% fluid?

Jeff since you are going to be playing with your machine for some time you should look to get a 0-10% Brix scale Refractometer. It is the best way to monitor the condition of your cutting fluid. As you run your machine there will be coolant loss due to evaporation and spillage. With the refractometer you will know whether to add more water or concentrate to keep the ratio correct.
