Looking for someone to make a couple of Wall Street bushings that will let me place a blank on both sides. I'm looking at a large order and would like to turn three at a time.
I think bushings could be made that might work. They might have to be made with the sizing part a little narrower than normal. My question would be more on the order of how much time will that really save. I would not think the mount/dismount time would be so long that making a few less mounts/dismounts would help much. Turning sanding and finishing times would still be the same.If it were me, I would grab some Delrin or HPDE and make my own double-ended bushings.
Will three WS II blanks fit on a mandrel with four bushings (two regular & two double-enders)?
