Monty, your entries are going to the address you had last year since I did not have anything from you regarding e-mails at the time I created forms. Will make that change in a little while if I get a second.

Did you put N/A in the second address field as the directions say to do? Sorry it does not work without but that is not my doing, it is the programmer's.
