Curly Koa EDC

This one, I confess, is a bit of a throwback. I turned it probably a year and a half ago but recently decided to pull it out of inventory and make it my personal click pen. Curly Koa is one of my favorites and I couldn't believe that it had sat in inventory for that long (usually my click pens sell immediately). I guess not everyone appreciates figured wood like I do!

Koa is one of my favorite woods also. A few years ago, I made a sketch pencil with Koa that uses 5.6 mm lead. I had the blank for a long time. The Koa on the market these days is not as high in quality as it was years ago. Probably over harvested. Yours has nicer figured wood. Beautiful. I've never come across curly Koa. !!
