I'm working with crushed Opal on an inlay for a pen and knife. I'm looking to cure it faster without spraying an accelerator on the piece. I've heard heat will help it cure faster but can't use a heat gun as the heat gun will blow the Opal off. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive heat lamp that I can use on my bench? I've looked on Amazon and there's way too many to go through and was hoping someone on this site might be using a heat lamp. I could turn the heater up in my shop but it's costly and I don't need it to be in the mid 70's while I'm working in it. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would the local farm supply or even Walmart would have a clamp on reflector that you can put a 300 way flood or red incandescent bulb in. Would keep my chicken house warm.
