Needing help with getting a fountain pen nib replaced and not really sure where to turn I called CSUSA. I was put in touch with their tech support who was able to answer all of my questions, find the nib I was looking for and got it in the mail for me within the hour. I had a sale riding on whether or not I could get an extra fine nib, and they completely understood the importance. It was my first purchase from them, but won't be my last.
