I e-mailed CSUSA about getting some bands and trim rings that come with one of their kits today.

Less than two hours later I received a reply that they had the parts and would sell them to me. The customer service rep included a name and phone number.

I called and ordered what I wanted, but forgot a few things.

I realized it less than 45 minutes later and e-mailed back asking if the items could be added to my order to avoid additional shipping charges for these small items.

She responded in 5 minutes and said that the order had already been boxed, but that she would do a separate order and not charge me shipping.

That's some pretty good customer service if you ask me!

I had some nibs dented on the end of my cigar pens, Gave them a call and they sent me the whole pens kits to replace them. called them on mon got them on thursday. Very happy with there service.

Les, you should have went with those 'per-sq-inch' guys.
They will get your order out in 5-7 days and that will give you plenty of time to add to the order............or can you?:biggrin:
