I e-mailed CSUSA about getting some bands and trim rings that come with one of their kits today.
Less than two hours later I received a reply that they had the parts and would sell them to me. The customer service rep included a name and phone number.
I called and ordered what I wanted, but forgot a few things.
I realized it less than 45 minutes later and e-mailed back asking if the items could be added to my order to avoid additional shipping charges for these small items.
She responded in 5 minutes and said that the order had already been boxed, but that she would do a separate order and not charge me shipping.
That's some pretty good customer service if you ask me!
