I just got in a catalogue from CSUSA and on one page they have the PSI bolt actions for sale. labeled exactly that. I thought it was kinda funny. Especially since it was right next to their own bolt action modeled kit.

Not sure what the deal is with CSUSA having their own bolt action pen and selling the PSI bolt action kit on their web site. But, just a guess, they have an agreement with PSI to sell the PSI kit in exchange for the right to use the bolt action mechanism in their pen which is patented by PSI.

The PSI version is enjoying great popularity right now and PSI does have patent rights. I doubt that PSI's patent covers the CSUSA kit which Dayacom has applied for a patent for. PSI's patent covers a limited range of things (mostly looks, not operation).
I think the Dayacom version sold by CSUSA suffers from two problems - one the action itself looks mor like what you'd see on an automatic and the other is why sell a "bolt" action with a lever action on the clip. Big mismatch. If I were CSUSA I'd have a clip based on the Springfield M1 Garand rifle used as the main standard issue rifle by the US Military from 1936 to 1957.
