I buy loads of these things and LOVE THEM. I had one with a defective chrome plating and contacted them for a replacement. Seemed excellent as the said we will ship you one asap. It arrived and the recess that holds the razor was bent and could not be fixed. I called again and was told a replacement was in the was. NO it wasn't. I called again and they shipped a replacement quickly. See the photo.

I'm now playing phone tag with a supervisor to get this resolved.

I'm unhappy at this point!

I finally talked with a higher level person named Robin at CSUSA. Calk me Karen if you wish after three months of help from the front line customer support folks.

Robin knew my complaint and had looked at my numerous orders. He said he had started opening up the shave stand boxes and pulling out those with defective plating. He knows he has a problem and was thoughtful and listened to my wishes. I asked that someone actually examine my 4th replacement if the top piece. He said HE would personally inspect it and send it to me.

Check yours if you make these to see the top chrome or gunmetal finish. They will replace them as they should.

I'll continue to use CSUSA as I have in the past for items they do better than the competition.
