Both CSUSA and Ed Brown replaced parts at no charge at all as per my requests.
CSUSA replaced a wrong part in a kit without hassle.
Ed went even further because he replaced a part I BROKE. I told him I would place an order so he could send the part along. I later told him I wouldn't be able to place an order at this time, and still he sent the part.Kudos to Exotic Blanks/Ed Brown.
MattTheHat parted with 3 Crown Royal kits I badly needed to fulfill a customer order.
