Crown Jewel Azure

This pen is called Crown Jewel, for obvious reasons. The blank is called Azure. Not as cheesy as I had expected.

For some reason, I had trouble photographing the true colors of the blank. These photos of the finished body are the closest.

I like the blank. Did you back paint the blank?

No I didn't. The blank looked opaque to me, and apparently it is. The ends turned down pretty thin, but I can't see any evidence of the tube showing through.
