As you probably know, Craft Suppliers is offering $7.00 flat rate for purchases under $150.00.
In view of the recent purchase of Arizona Silhouette by Barry in Pennsylvania, I would like Wood 'n Whimsies to buy Penn State Industry and install their customer service program. Oh Heavens, and in a perfect world.

OK, I'm curious......... Since the changing of ownership of Arizona Silhouette, everyone mentions "Barry in Pennsylvania" as if we should all know who he is. Did I miss something, I don't think I've ever seen a Barry post on the forum other than the guy who claims to have invented pen turning and every idea since.

Now I could understand the name recognition if it were Curtis in Texas, as most here would know who that is but Barry????

So, who is Barry?

I don't understand why ordering from PSI is necessary when several vendors sell PSI products, offer better customer service and often sell at the same or cheaper prices.

Do a good turn daily!

I have not had any bad dealings with ANY vender. Wether it is one of the biggies, or one of the people here/ebay/ect. Business has been slow for me lately, but should pick up in a month or two.

Barry Gross......Google BG Artforms.
Good man! Great to do business with and carries great products.
It is nice to get to talk with him and his wife at the shows.

i could not find anyone who sold the comfort grip style pen if i missed someone who did i am sorry let me know who it is and i will see them next time. i was in a hurry to get this order and have always had good service with penn state sorry for the wording of the last post i made i was tried and had a long day so i will just chalk it up to a bad day i order from peen state quite a bit and will do so in the furture.

UNFORTUNATELY, there are a few items that PSI doesn't make available to their wholesale vendors. Mostly "high end" boxes, inserts and a few other items. BUT, if you sell enough of these items, you can order them directly from madeinchina.com.

PSI

Awhile back I ordered two Majestic Junior pen kits from PSI for a 50th wedding anniversary gift. Shortly after I had placed the order, I contacted PSI to ask when they had shipped the pen kits. The person's response was that they had just received the order yesterday. I said "OK"... when did you ship the order. She said again that they had just received the order yesterday. So, I said that if I had ordered this from Craft Supply or Arizona Silhouette they would have been shipped the dame day. She said... "they probably would have". I said OKaaay, and hung up. FYI... I attended the most recent "Fine Writing Instruments" class at the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, taught by Barry Gross. The class was unbelievable. He shared all of his knowledge and experience. Arizona Silhouette and BG Artforms are in good hands!

because of the constant inventory chase I try to spread an order out over several
vendors,I haven't had a real problem with one or the other but stuff happens and
if one vendor is late shipping I usually get enough in across the board to keep the cases full.
I do however favor smaller vendors because of the personal touch
