I finally got some larger stock to work with. I tried a really thin holder, but I didn't like it, so it became a couple of Wall Streets.

Satin Lacewood from WC. Finished in Mylands Wax.

All comments are welcome.

Note: I'm still limited to 3" in diameter. I have some 6" x 6" stock on the way. Also an 8" x 8" slated for a candy dish.. More to come.. Happy Holidays.

Thank you Max. They are nothing like the ones you posted earlier today. Those are amazing.

I'm hoping to have some bark in the Maple Burl I ordered, but I'll take what I get.

My sister liked them. She wants to order several for folks at work. Thanks again..

They are wonderful. The fit and finish is right on. I like how you made the recess for the candle deep enough to completely hide the metal cup of the candle.

Thank you Charles. It's a work in progress.

It seems no two are ever alike.. I guess that's, handmade...
