Could this be a sign of spring

I spotted this when I was getting ready to go for my MRI and I just had to get a picture of it. The first daffodils coming up. So would you say this is a sign of spring is just around the corner?

I would like to say yes....but our Daffodils and Hyacinths started coming up in December....and we all know what the weather has been like since then.

My daffs started blooming this week. It hit 83 today and is supposed to be 85 tomorrow! This is as unusual for the southwest as the cold weather is for the southeast. I've still got roses blooming. And my poor shamrocks have bloomed three times already, thinking it was spring.

Thanks for the comments. I would love to have more snow sent to me but I have reach my limit for the year and I have also gone well into my limit for next year.

That's because it been so bloody cold down here and there. Their hoping it will be warmer.

The only "spring" around here is the ones in my un-turned pen kits

Its still stinking cold here and the snow is piling up again today (they let the kids out 2 hours early due to it being "bad" this afternoon).

No sign of it here yet and we are supposed to get a couple more inches of that white stuff tonight.

That being said this fellow says winters out and spring is on the way.
