Several days ago I posted a table saw sled. I received some good feedback and some that thought I needed to make some improvements by way of beefing up the front fence. After giving several members advice some thought, I did beef up the front fence as noted in the photos. one member thought the sled was over kill and maybe so, but I prefer to have too much rather than not enough. I wanted a hold down for short work pieces and came up with this one. I made it from 6061 T-6 aluminum. This completes my sleding, unless someone comes up with more good recommendations. Thanks for the feedback on the original post it was real helpful and I appreciate your sharing your knowledge with me.
