So we had a nice set of cornhole boards that we loaned to the daughter early this year. Somehow they came up missing. So I decided to make a set. I used a nice piece of birch sanded plywood. I also pocket screwed all the 2x4's into the plywood and then secured corners with 2 screws at each end joint. I set the boards on a piece of pipe at inside edge and got them level for the handles so they could be carried evenly. I stained the design with walnut stain and all the other is bare plywood. 9 coats of water based poly got the boards to tournament slickness. This was a fun project.

After playing the game at Marla's cousins place a couple years ago I got the word we needed them to take with us for camping this past summer. Want me to add the ones I made here or make another thread?

Edited to add.
I'll make another thread with a link back to this one.
