Copper 2007 Rollerball Pen

Hey Guy,

Here is a pen I made last night, not sure what kind of wood it is, so if you know what it is please let me know, I used a Copper 2007 Rollerball Pen kit and finished with 8 coats of CA, first time I have worked with this kit and I think it came out very nice, let me know what you think.

Nice pen, My only complaint is that the burl cap kind of washes out the pen. A solid black piece of marble would be better to put it on.

Good looking pen. I'd guess Box Elder burl on the wood.

The cap is Copper, the rest of the pen is burl, the Nib is Copper also.

Nice pen! My guess would either be brown mallee burl or box elder burl.

My guess would be maple burl. Nice looking pen whatever the wood type.

Fantastic pen, the background should be a little plainer so the pen stands out, it is a pain because it is sitting on an awesome piece of burl!
