Compson?

I am not usually the first on a bandwagon. But I saw this pen and thought it had merit so I picked it up from PSI. It is the Compson. And it is a click pen. Overall, I think it is a nice pen. Some thoughts though. 1st, I am not sure how you could disassemble it without busting everything up inside. The click mech is solid, but rough. It comes with a gel refill which is much nicer than a standard one. And I am not sure the clip is completely round as there is a shoulder on the clip ring behind the clip, but not on the sides. I took care as to ensure it was not out of round, but I guess that is always a possibility. I like the single barrel, but it seems kinda weighted in that nearly 1/2 the pen doesn't have a turned blank and that is mostly on one side. Just some thoughts. Yours are welcome too. The blank came from Jeff-in-Indiana a couple of years ago.

Nice looking blank.

I recently picked up a couple of these kits, but have yet to try them out.

I just liked the look of the click pen with the long barrel.
