I don't know of a set that goes bigger. You can buy a few larger collets individually. I have a 13/16th. I think they make a 21mm.

Personally, if I were you I'd just buy the collet chuck without the collets, and buy a complete metric set of collets off of ebay.

Assuming you need a ER32 collet Chuck in addition to the collets you might want to try a
IAP site search. Plenty of threads on the differences between the different chucks. It generally seems that most people are satisfied with the Chuck that they have be it the CUSA, PSI or Beall. I have the Beall and like it but I'm not crazy about the Tommy bar system and wish it had knurling on it in addition to the bar tightening system.

I would recommend buying just the Chuck from whatever vendor you choose and getting a full set of metric collets off eBay...the metrics cover everything from 2-20mm with no gaps whereas the fractional sized collets have gaps in the coverage.

Now that I am making kitless pens my collet chucks bet used way more often than the scroll Chuck but I couldn't live without a scroll chuck either.

Most everyone buys a chuck and then the metric set off ebay. You can even buy an Er32 cap nut and spanner wrench to replace the one that uses the tommy bar set up.

Jeff ---

Choice of the collet system Can be affected by you lathe head stock. If you have one of the larger lathes with a 1 1/4 by 8 head stock thread, the PSI version will not fit.

If you want a collet system for big stuff, Jerry Beall sells an ER 50 Chuck.

key question is what do you want to hold?
