I have been making pens for the last 13-14 years and have a stack of 10 blanks of Cocobolo and think I may have turned one pen in all that time! I was looking through the stack and found this blank that I got from Sam Dehn - Thank you Sam!
It's a beautiful piece of Cocobolo on a Triton Rollerball.

I have been a heavy user of Cocobolo for most of 40 yrs, love your pen.

This timber is hard won grows in tough country covered in thorns, grows to about 15 feet. Termites love them as much as us and hollow out most trees, colours go through orange, red, yellows . Fantastic right angle cross cut.
