My first experience with cocobolo resulted in a trip to an urgent care clinic, a shot of steroids and a rash that lasted months. Now I take great care not to expose my skin to cocobolo sawdust by wearing gloves, clothes and "Liquid Gloves" on any exposed skin. Lot of trouble but worth it!
