Closed-End First Try

Figured it was time to up my repertoire and try a closed-end pen.

Cambridge rollerball, Brooks bronze/turquoise blank.

Nope, no metal band, simpe turned groove embelishment. Not a mirror. 3/8" black acrylic. Provides an interesting effect, though I do like a plain background as well. Difficult thing with black acrylic is dust elimination. No matter how thorougly you clean it, under certain lighting conditions the dust will still show.

Looks great Butch! One of my fav blanks as well. The black acrylic does give a cool effect in the pic. Very cool! Congrats on the closed end.
