Clip conundrum

I have made two Clip Bolt Action pens from PSI. The clip on one is tighter than the other. The one is too loose in my pocket. The screws are fake, I can't figure out how to remove the clips. Any ideas on how to tighten the loose one? It's very thick, as you can see. I tried bending it by putting it in the padded jaws of a vise, but no luck. I'll contact PSI also, but I don't know when or if they will reply.

I believe one screw is fake and the other is the real one. I think the top one is the real one.
