Hi. I'm in need of some clear, no dye, no color, no mica - just plain clear alumilite rods. They need to be pressure cast with no bubbles.

They are not for demonstrator pens.

I would prefer them around 20 mm in diameter and what ever length you have.

Willing to pay to have some made.

The Pensmiths (Shopthepensmiths.com) usually carry clear demonstrator blanks. It looks like they are out of stock now, but you could contact them and ask when they may have more in stock.

Ditto to what bean counter said. I have .84" (ext diameter of 1/2" pvc) x 6" and .75"x 8". I can batch out 4 of each at a time. msg me.
 
I can make clear rods out of Thermoset Urathane resin if you are interested (what diamond cast blanks are made with @ McKenzie) 6 or 8.5 in

For what it's worth....

I like the Thermoset rods. I find it to be a little harder which means it can be a bit more chippy, but I think it polishes more nicely than Alumilite.
