I have a little motorized wet sharpening wheel from Sears (got it on close-out). It worked well for me since I use a skew most of the time. However, I've noticed that the wheel is no longer all that abrasive. Any ideas how to clean it?

If it is still true, you can try using the rubber cleaner for sanders (old shoe sole works too...the beige kind [;)]). Other wise as Mike said...diamond wheel dresser.
