I have a quantity of used circuit boards, got 24 for $2 (6x6) they look just like the ones in the blanks we can purchase but I am unable to bend them to glue on a tube. Does anyone know how this is done?

Pull out your Sandpaper.
I believe they are sanded down thin enough to become flexible.....

Your best bet would be to ask the ORIGINAL Circuit Board blank maker. I do not dare say a name as some see it as advertising for someone else.

I don't think that it would be advertising as I'm pretty sure that he has posted that he no longer makes these due to the large amount of toxic dust created in the sanding process.

Try wet sanding them down to minimize the dust then maybe use a heat gun on low heat to soften them up.
